SOLYNDRA -- MORE SUGGESTIVE EVIDENCE OF FRAUD

I'm sharing these links with readers as I gather enough facts to make a more informed decision as to how to characterize firmly the Solyndra deal. However, I have found nothing that dissuades me from my first supposition of fraud, at least at the corporate level. I now think all evidence links the DOE and Obama to fraud from the government side. Collusion!! 
In the first link, Rep. Gardner is far too circumspect, reserved, or just chicken to say all that he could say about the "president" responses. They're disgusting!
In the second link, if one reads it analytically, you find enough discrepancies to raise several red flags. One for example, is that Ms. Skinner, the lawyer, recused herself yet her husband had numerous exchanges with Solyndra/DOE while it is claimed that he also "was recused by the DOE from any decisions or actions re Solyndra. 
I still don't get the feeling that this will be justly and correctly adjudicated. Want to be wrong!
Oh yes, let's reject the term "crony capitalism." It covers up the real characterization of FRAUD, an absolute term. More,"  people understand the word "fraud" than understand "crony capitalism," a term that is fungible.

ETHANOL -- The worst mandate ever gets even worse

When politicians get control of science and the inept or dishonest scientists, nothing good comes of it. There are many examples -- global warming (aka climate change) is the most prominent. The ethanol mandate, although a part of the climate change mania, stands on its own as arguably the most ridiculous mandate of all time. President Jimmy Carter, who was influenced by a misguided college professor, can be charged with the mistake of promulgating the ethanol mandate.  Of course, Al Gore is the politician who played the global warming issue like a drum and has benefited financially from it. Use of ethanol in motor fuel is not a net positive either in costs or in impact on the environment.... enormous hype to the contrary notwithstanding.
